Welcome to Lauren’s Life, a blog where I fill you in weekly on my life as a high schooler in SB, as well as exploring my interests varying from cooking to architecture. Here’s a little insight to who I am. My name is Lauren and I’m 15, I’ve lived in Santa Barbara my whole life and I currently attend SBHS. I’m on the girls varsity golf team and am a part of the multimedia arts and design academy at my school.

Last weekend I had such a great time with my friends and family, it was such a nice weekend and I can't wait to tell you all about it.

On Friday night, I went to my friend's house for a sleepover. We went for a night walk and because she lives near the mountains, we were able to see all the stars and it was a beautiful night. We walked to another friend's house and hung out there for a bit before we headed back. It was super cold that night so we ran home and once we got back, we made hot tea, grabbed a ton of blankets, and watched a movie. 

The next day I went and bought my Christmas tree with my family! Decorating it was so fun and it was exciting because it made our house look super festive. I love Christmas, I think it's my favorite n holiday although when it's this time of year, I wish I lived somewhere that snowed because it would fit the season much better than 70 degree weather. But don't get me wrong, I love how sunny it is in SB all year long.

The next day, I went downtown to do some shopping like I do almost every weekend. I'm not gonna lie, I think I may have a slight shopping addiction but I can't help it and I have a feeling it won't go away any time soon. It was a nice and chill rest of my weekend that I really enjoyed.
